All that matters is QUALITY!!!!

If I could only eat out 10 more times in my life,

these are the 10 restaurants that would be on my list.

Why does the list change from time to time? One explanation is easy - you go back and the meal is either better than last time, or it may let you down. The second reason is simply the "test of time". It is easy to list a restaurant that you went to in the past few months, but will the memory of that meal stand the test of time?

8) Zea Grill & Rotisserie - Lafayette, Louisiana and 12 other locations!

9) BJ's Pizza & Brewery - Maui, Boulder, Las Vegas, Houston
BJ's has brought a new meaning to the term "chain restaurant".

The quality never varies from location to location.

They should be the role model for all other chains to copy!

*** I heard that Sweet Basilico in Estes Park, Colorado has moved to a larger location to be able

to serve more people. We have not visited them since this move. I hope that it has maintained

the high standard they set of personalized service and fantastic food.
